1 Bedroom Duplex

We have 2 Duplexes (4 units) of varying sizes ranging from $660-760 a month. ALL Utilities included, free Wi-Fi and Dish Network. All units are air conditioned, some are completely remodeled with new appliances. All are on 1 floor.  Great for seniors. 1 year lease required, shorter terms at higher rates available.

1 Room Efficiencies

1 Room apartments with Kitchen. Living area is an open floor plan. Air conditioning with ALL Utilities included, Wi-Fi and Dish Network!  Ranging from $560-615 a month.  1 year lease required, shorter terms at higher rates available.

1 Room Studios

1 room units with bath. Units come with a Refrigerator, Microwave and Air-conditioning. Our most economical option. Rates from $435-495 a month.  With All utilities included, we think it is the best value in Indiana. 6 month lease terms.

All properties we offer feature ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED which ALSO includes free Wi-Fi and Dish Network! All apartments also feature Air-conditioning, and we take care of all lawn maintenance. We have on-site coin-operated laundry.  Add up TV/ internet and all other costs, you will find our apartments are very reasonably priced. Your housing costs are capped. No worrying about a cold winter with high utility bills. We are right beside the S&T Bank Arena, enjoy their convenient walking track, play tennis and enjoy all they have to offer. We have 16 security cameras on the Property for added Security.
